Lunch menu

Will be served from December 4th until December 23th

Starters:

Grilled tender steak of whale with lime and soya vinaigrette

Lightly smoked arctic char, pickled fennel, spiced rye-bread and mustard dressing

Honey glazed smoked duck with remoulade, pickled onion and salad

 

Main Courses:

Lightly salted cod, grilled apple pure, lobster salat and shellfish sauce

Breast of goose and lightly smoked pork belly, creamed cabbage, chocolate and bilberry sauce

 

Desert:

Ris a la mande with caramel, toasted almonds and berry compot

Lobster tempura in Christmas beer dough, chilly mayo, toasted garlic and spicy oats

Grilled lamb chops, crispy potatoes, carrots, spiced nut crumble and organic yogurt dressing

Christmas ball „tiramizu“ Rice crispies, marscarpone and coffee icecream

Ris a la mande with caramel, toasted almonds and berry compot

Chocolate fondant with  redcurrant, caramel and vanilla snow ball
