Will be served from November 22nd until December 25th

Amuse Bouche:

Smoked lamb, traditional crispy bread, horseradish and 


Spinach, pomegranate, mandarin, slow cooked duck, mint and coriander dressing

Crispy fried squid and dried fish with sauce tartar,radish and roasted garlic

Grilled mink whale with crunchy oyster mushrooms and chili threads

Beetroot-cured arctic char, mustard dressing, trout roe , spiced bread and pickled mini vegetables

Main Courses:

Lightly salted cod, grilled apple pure, lobster salat and shellfish sauce

Breast of goose and lightly smoked pork belly, creamed mushrooms, red cabbage, chocolate and redcurrant

Grilled rack of lamb with garlic potatos, crumbled nuts and wild mushroom glace


Christmas ball „tiramizu“ Rice crispies, marscarpone and coffee icecream

Ris a la mande with caramel, toasted almonds and berry compot

Chocolate fondant with  redcurrant  filling, caramel and vanilla snow ball
